Chalk it Up for Love

Come join us on July 22nd at 6pm as we decorate the sidewalks of our older congregation members! You may sign up as individual families or together with another family.

  • Please bring your own chalk to ensure safety

  • Please wear a mask if with another family unless both families are ok with not wearing them outside.

  • If you know of someone who could really use some cheer please let me know.

  • If there is someone that your family would like to go and surprise please put their name in the comments.

Scavenger Hunts with Mrs. Quinn on Zoom

Sign up your kids for a scavenger hunt online with Mrs. Quinn! You will need a device that can handle Zoom. Kids will race around the house to find things that I call out. I will do this by age groups! Enjoy a few minutes to breathe and know your children are in safe hands!

Picnics with Mrs. Quinn

A time to catch up with Mrs. Quinn! There are two types you can sign up for- picnics on Mrs. Quinn's front lawn with 3 other families strategically placed or Mrs. Quinn comes to you and has a picnic on your front lawn.

Both are available depending on your family's personal preference. If I see that one type is filling up more than another, I will change some things around. Important things to know:

  • You are responsible for your family's picnic items, food, drink, and blanket to sit on. (Mrs. Quinn will provide hers)

  • How far apart you would like me to be from the kiddos is your choice and will be respected. Your family can sit right inside the door and I can be on the porch.

  • Picnics on my lawn will have a family on each corner of my front lawn.

  • If it rains we will set up a new date asap.

Why am I doing this? Because relationships take time to build, but can break down even faster. The trust I have gained with your kiddos is important. When we do come back I want to make sure my face is still recognizable to the little ones. They may be a little afraid already. Hopefully time outside the church with me will help. If you are interested and there are no spots left, please contact me right away. I want no one to feel left out. This is just for fun and please do not feel obligated in any way to do this. I understand everyone has different levels of what is and isn't comfortable for them. I will not be offended at all if I don't see one sign up.
