Our grief care group provides a confidential and safe place to share thoughts, feelings and emotions following or during a loss…without judgement.

One of the most powerful aspects of a grief support group is the shared experience.

By hearing others’ stories and realizing that you are not alone can be incredibly validating. This can also provide a sense of perspective and hope, as group members witness others navigating their grief and slowly moving forward.

When sharing your own story, this can be therapeutic. It allows for the expression of feelings that have been bottled up and can lead to insights and breakthroughs. Moreover, the act of helping others by sharing your journey with others can bring a sense of purpose and positivity during a difficult time.
