I am excited to announce our new Young 3’s team for the 2020-2021 School Year: Susan Paez and Kim Conway!
Kim Conway comes to us with a Master's in Education from Baldwin Wallace College and a Bachelor's degree from John Carroll University. Kim has taught in the Parma City School District and Our Lady of Angels Elementary School. She also has a lot of experience in curriculum building and coaching other teachers. Kim has three children of her own and lives in Fairview Park. She is active with the Fairview ECPTA and St. Angela Merici School community.
Susan Paez comes to us with a PhD from Kent State University with her Program of Study as Counselor Education and Supervision, a Master's of Education from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's Degree from Notre Dame College of Ohio. She was an adjunct professor at Cleveland State University and has co-teaching experience also with Kent State University. Susan has experience working with children with special needs and early literacy. She has four children of her own and lives in Rocky River. Susan is very active with the St. Christopher Church and School community.
Both women understand the flexibility and spontaneity it takes to be a lead teacher in a Young 3’s classroom. They are excited to expand our curriculum into a full-year program. Our youngest students will be in very good hands with these teachers!
