Stirred Not Shaken: Who Me?

Has there ever been a time when you think Jesus was actually focusing his anger towards you?

So many times when we deal with Jesus and his emotion of anger we always see him directing it at others for the horrible reasons in their lives.

In the text today Jesus is angry with the religious leaders. They are the ones who are supposed to have it all together. In fact, they do have it all together in word but their actions are far from what those words are actually saying.

Have your words and actions ever been living in contrast in your life before? Did you feel Jesus’ anger directed at you? Maybe I am the only one.

How can we allow Jesus’ anger to shape or reshape us in our journey of faith?
