Stirred Not Shaken: I love you but I don’t like you sometimes

Have you ever said that to a friend, a spouse or maybe even a child at one time or another? I love you but I don’t like you right now.

It is usually because somehow or some way they are driving you crazy and frustrating you. They are getting on your nerves and you just don’t know what to do or how to let that emotion out. If you don’t deal with it, the “don’t like you” can start to erode the I love you.

Even Jesus had to deal with being frustrated with his own disciples as they too at times drove him crazy and frustrated him.

How did Jesus deal with that emotion and how does the way he dealt with it help us deal with all of our own frustrations?
