Our thoughts can hold us captive at times. In addition, we have an enemy who is determined to get in our heads to make us feel helpless and overwhelmed. But what if we would submit our minds to Christ? What if we would stand on the promises and goodness of God?

“Get Out of Your Head,” will inspire and equip us to transform our emotions, our outlook, and even our circumstances by taking control of our thoughts, using the book of Philippians, as a basis for this study.

This 6 session class will meet on Wednesdays, September 29 through November 3, from 9:30–11:00am in the Chapel. Each session includes a video, class discussion, and small group prayer.
