11th Annual Mary Anne and Richard Cavicchi Christian Education Seminar- Power, Purpose and Love:Becoming Change-Makers in our Communities
Each one of us desires to make positive change. Whether in our personal lives, in our churches, or in the wider community, we want to leave circumstances better than we have found them. Reflections By Rev. Dan Bogre
I love Jesus Christ more than anything in the world and I want to thank all of you for allowing me to live out that relationship as your pastor here at RRUMC. I look at 2024 through the lens of 2023 and that brings me joy, excitement, wonder, and hopeful anticipation of what God is going to do in this new year.

Nursery School News
November is a fast month, as there are several days when we do not meet. Thanksgiving and gratitude fill our days. We look forward to our fruit feast and say a blessing to thank God for our teachers, classmates, and our families. We then turn the corner quickly and Christmas thoughts and plans begin to fill our heads. Christmas is such a magical time; especially from the child’s point of view. There is such wonder and excitement.

Christian Stress Management
Scripture reminds us to hand over our anxiety, worries, and concerns to God. Philippians 4:6-7 says: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” A biblical response to stress is one that fosters dependence on God.
