At the Life Planning Panel, the following professionals will share their expertis to help you make plans to support and take care of your loved ones before you no longer can. Please join us!

Rev. Daniel F. Bogre, Senior Pastor of Rocky River United Methodist Church, is in his 29th year of full-time Christian ministry and has had the honor and privilege of walking with countless families as they plan their celebration of life, funeral, or memorial services for their loved ones. It can be a very emotional and stressful process to plan that service while, at the same time, mourning the loss of a loved one. Rev. Dan will be sharing what a blessing it can be to have this service planned and organized before you or your loved one passes away.

Mary Giganti is a partner and vice-president at Waldheger Coyne in Westlake, Ohio. Mary advises individuals and business owners on estate planning and succession planning and works with families on trust and estate administration. Mary is a frequent speaker for a variety of professional organizations. Mary received her law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.

Lynn Gorton, RRT, CLM has been a licensed medical professional for over 35 years and serves as RRUMC’s Faith Community Health Professional. Her primary focus is how spirituality integrates with the mind and body. In addition, Lynn’s years of experience as a case manager have prepared her to encourage our congregation on their individual wellness journeys, blending sensitivity with confidentiality.

Andy Henton is President and Owner of Henton & Associates. For the past 20 plus years, he has specialized in tax compliance and planning for individuals and small businesses, while also assisting with bookkeeping, payroll, CFO assistance, compilation, and other business services. In this role, with the help of strategic partners and with an eye to reducing the overall tax burden for the family, Andy has worked with clients helping them coordinate their end-of-life plans. He obtained his bachelor’s degree at John Carroll University.

Chad McGreevey has been a member of RRUMC since childhood, attending Sunday School starting in the 1980s. In 2025, he will mark 20 years as a licensed Funeral Director in the State of Ohio. Chad works alongside his father, Jack McGreevey, at McGreevey Funeral Homes, which serves the west side communities from their locations in Lakewood and Westlake, Ohio. Their services include funerals, cremations, green burials, life celebrations, and advance planning. During the panel, Chad will share insights on these offerings and their importance.
