Join us at Twice Blessed Free Store for an afternoon of making tie blankets! These are highly loved and needed by the people that use the Free Store.

We have many new refugee families shopping at TBFS that have never experienced winter before. This is a time to make winter feel less threatening to these families.

For some, these blankets are the only warmth they have access to the whole winter as so many are without a heat source. Last year we made 19. Let’s make more this year!

Bring 2 pieces of fleece (each 2.5-3 yards in length) and a pair of good scissors. If you don’t have time to grab these items, don’t worry, there will be plenty to go around.
