RRUMC realizes we are not over the COVID pandemic yet. Safety for our parishioners is a priority and a concern for others is the basis of our approach to the COVID issue.
We are using the Ohio governor’s guidelines as a foundation for our approach to the COVID issue. Our approach may need to be changed based on the course of the COVID pandemic and/or future guidelines or regulations.
As for now, here are our guidelines:
∙ The 8:30 Chapel Service, 10:00 Sanctuary Service and the 11:30 Harbor Service are all in person at this time.
∙ Seating restrictions for social distancing have been removed.
∙ Masking: All services will not require mask coverings for vaccinated people or people monitoring their antibody levels at a safe parameter. Masks are STRONGLY encouraged for those who have not been vaccinated or do not monitor their antibody levels. Face covers are readily welcomed and encouraged for any who desire added safety or protection.
∙ Hand sanitizer stations will still be readily available.
∙ Cleaning protocols are still in place.
∙ As a safety practice be aware of proximity to others and continue to hand sanitize.
∙ The 11:30 Harbor Service continues to be streamed and allows remote participation in RRUMC religious services.
∙ For the safety and protection of others please do not attend a worship service if you are feeling sick or have any COVID or flu symptoms.
