Everyone that was a part of the wedding feast had to do whatever it takes to make it a success. The king had to do his part in planning and preparing. The servants had to do their part to go and invite any and all to this incredible wedding feast.
The guests who came had to do their part to be fully ready and prepared for the feast itself. One of the guests did not do whatever it took to be fully prepared for that feast.
Are we all in in our faith? Are there times when it seems less convenient, cumbersome, lonely, restrictive, boring, or even a plain nuisance to be all in?
As we celebrate confirmation, let their response to the question about who their Lord and Savior is remind us of how the way we live our lives for Christ, let’s the whole world know who we really follow.
