Put the blood of the perfect, unblemished lamb on your door and death will pass by. The door was where everything entered in and where everything left out into the world.
God gave His people a way to make death go away. It was blood. Blood, that we know gives us life as it courses through our bodies, has done the same thing as it coursed through the people of Israel on that first Passover evening.
I want to be covered in that blood too. I want the stuff of the world to leave my heart and everything of God to enter in.
