We will be discussing the book: “Bleeding Out” by Thomas Abt. In the book, Abt provides a balanced and well documented assessment of the problem and evidence based recommendations on how to reduce it.
Abt is a Harvard scholar and served in the Justice Department during the Obama administration.
You need not read the book to participate in the discussion.
