Light Pierces the Darkness

Did you know that there is version of the Christmas story in the Bible that makes no mention of Mary, or Joseph, or shepherds, or donkeys, or even a baby.

Despite lacking those nostalgic characters, John’s Christmas story is of immense importance. Within, we find a beautiful, poetic description of how Jesus would impact not just the holy family, or the little town of Bethlehem, but all of humanity.
