In chapter 2 Hamilton says, “The good news of Jesus is not that we’re sinners, but that he is our Savior. But we can’t appreciate his role as Savior if we don’t know that we need to be saved”!
We cannot ask for help if we do not admit that we have a problem. Jesus came into the world because he knew that because of our sinfulness we need to be saved.
Until we admit who we are we will never know whose we are.
Jesus is ready to save when we are ready to be saved. Are you ready? When we are, we will receive a peace that the world could never give.
