Our Programs
RRUMNS was established over 50 years ago to provide quality, loving care for children ages 3 to 5 years old.
We are passionate about Early Childhood Education and would like to be a part of the growth and development of your child!
The purpose of the Rocky River United Methodist Nursery School is to provide an atmosphere of love and understanding in which children can grow physically, mentally, spiritually, socially, and emotionally under the guidance of experienced teachers.
Program Objectives:
To provide an environment in which each child’s self concept can be enhanced
To provide an environment where children can explore, discover, and develop naturally
To build a good relationship with each family and to expand on the foundation provided at home
To provide an atmosphere that fosters good social interaction and development ·To provide experiences for children in literature, science, art, music, and physical activities
To provide simple biblical content to enhance our curriculum
To provide an atmosphere that is comfortable, safe, challenging, and enjoyable
Programs and Class Time
RRUMNS preschool programs are available in the mornings throughout the week, Monday- Friday.
Pre-3s (2 1/2 - 3 year olds): Your child should turn 3 between 9/30/25 and 1/1/26
2 Day Pre-3s - Monday & Tuesday 9:00 - 11:15 AM
3 Year Old Class Options (3-4 year olds): Your child should be 3 by 9/30/25
2 Day 3 year old - Thursday & Friday 9:00 - 11:15AM
3 Day 3 year old - Mon. - Wed. 9:00 -11:15am
3 day 3 year old- Wed.-Fri. 9:00- 11:15 am
Pre-K Class Options (4, 5 & 6 years olds): Your child should be 4 by 9/30/25
4 Day Pre-K - Tuesday- Friday 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
5 Day Pre-K - Monday- Friday 9:00 am- 12:30 pm
EXTENDED DAY OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR 3s and PRE- K (TUESDAY- THURSDAY)
Tuition and Fees
Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $80
Pre-3s (2 1/2 - 3 years old)
2 Days $ 1,170 (8 payments of $146.25)
3 Year Old Classes (3-4 year olds)
2 Days $ 1,170 (8 payments of $146.25)
3 Days $ 1,746 (8 payments of $218.25)
Pre-K Classes (4-6 year olds):
4 Days $ 3,624 (8 payments of $453)
5 Days $ 4,524 (8 payments of $565.50)
