The administrative assistant module will be from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Brecksville UMC, 65 Public Square, Brecksville, OH.

In most churches the Administrative Assistants are key people with great responsibilities. But often, there can be a misunderstanding as to how all parts of the system are in ministry together (church, district, Conference) or how to process routine reports and documents (Charge Conference, End-of-Year). Basic tasks such as cordial phone and interpersonal interactions, office security, and confidentiality will also be refreshed.
