Easter Egg Hunt Donations Needed
Story Church will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 5, and is in need of donations of plastic Easter eggs and individually wrapped candy to fill them. Your generous contributions will help ensure that every child who participates in the egg hunt has a memorable and enjoyable experience. Please bring your donations in by Sunday, March 30. Look forthe basket in the rotunda labeled “Easter Egg Fillers.”

Easter is right around the corner!

And you know what that means! Our annual Easter Egg Hunt is coming up on Saturday, April 5, from 11:30am to 1:30pm.

We’re so excited for the chance to bring our entire community together while we celebrate the joy of Easter. It’s a tradition we look forward to every year!

For us, this Easter Egg Hunt is all about creating connections - bringing families, neighbors, and friends together to celebrate the season. Whether it’s the joy on a child’s face as they discover their first hidden egg, or the smiles from parents as they capture the moment with photos, this event is a wonderful reminder of the hope and love we celebrate at Easter.

But none of this would be possible without the incredible volunteers and supporters who make it all happen. Our wonderful volunteers always go above and beyond to help organize, prep, and keep everything running smoothly. They are always there, willing to pitch in wherever needed. I am so grateful to them and all their hard work!

Every day, we’re working hard to serve our neighbors, offering free goods and support to those in need. The Easter Egg Hunt is just one way we extend that spirit of love and service. It’s a reminder that our community is bigger than our church walls or the Free Store - we are all in this together, sharing hope, kindness, and love.

As we get ready for this year’s Easter Egg Hunt, we can’t help but feel so thankful for all the people who make this possible. It’s not just an egg hunt; it’s a beautiful example of what happens when we all come together to give, to serve, and to build each other up.

So, if you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly way to celebrate Easter, we’d love to have you join us at Story Church. Bring your family, bring your friends, and come share in the joy of Easter with us. We’re so looking forward to celebrating together! Happy Easter from all of us at Story Church and Twice Blessed Free Store. We’re so grateful to be a part of this amazing community.

School Supplies and Backpack Drive is back!

We know it’s only April, but we already need your support to make sure the students of Story Church will have ALL the supplies they will need for the 2025-2026 school year!

We have set an ambitious goal of supplying complete sets of supplies to over 300 students. Please help us meet this goal!

We will again be partnering with 1st Day School Supplies to provide complete school supply boxes to the students. The boxes run from $24.99-$47.99, depending on the grade level. We will also be providing backpacks, at a cost of $5 each.

You can purchase the school supply kits directly from 1st Day School Supplies by clicking here.

If you would like to donate school supply boxes and do not have access to the website, you can make a cash or check donation to the church and indicate it is for school supply boxes (no need to specify a particular box, we will put money toward the most needed boxes, please round to whole dollar amounts).

We will also be collecting money to purchase backpacks for each student. If you would like to help purchase backpacks, please donate through the church and note that your donation is for backpacks. Please make your donation by April 30. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

Want an extra way to help? Check out the included flyers for two Dine to Donate events (at Raising Cane’s and Mellow Mushroom) that will support the School Supplies and Backpack Drive!

Blessings,
